Misleading by Cust.care

It is unfortunate 2 draw ur kind attention and ask for appropriate action. I had outstanding loan of rs.61000/-against my c.c no 4477465013808002 of ICICI bank and for early closing just 2 avoid xtra interest according 2 guidence & calculation of ICICI c.c cust care Executive i paid rs. 64619/- on 26/02/09. but again contacted Cust care of icicic.c after getting a post payment statement where it was not reflected the closure of outstanding, but icici cc executive assured with "WOULD NOT BE PROBLEM, ITS OUR SYSTEM".. But now customer care of icici credit card demanding more money with the plea that outstanding was not cleared as u hadn't confirmed 'EARLY CLOSING' .sir, had it not the payment was for early Repayment then the Figure was not IDENTICAL with the calculated ONE more over they need not bother 2 inform me in the Interim period. Im feeling not only emberased but also Cheated for their dealings. pl. take up the matter 2 resolve with apprlpriate authorities.
