Sub:- Reminder & Request to Cancel the Card No : 4317 5759 3921 8401 (NILESH SHAH)
Dear Sir,
This refers to my Credit Card No: 4317 5759 3921 8401 in name of NILESH SHAH.
First of all I had informed several times on Phone Banking for Cancellation of said card and had several mails, but till date the card is not been Cancelled and unnecessary charges your Bank is going on adding on the said card (Interest on
Interest and on Interest and on Interest, Penalty on Penalty and on Penalty), whereas I do not have to pay any amount to your Bank.
I am repeatedly been harassed by your Call Centre for PAYMENT of said card, which I am not using since last more then 6 months. It is really disturbing and mental harassments by your Bank to ask payment from us which is not at all to be paid by me.
I am once again requesting for the last time to inform your concerned departments to Cancel the said Card and update your system, so that your Call Centre stops harassing me.
I request you to kindly look into the history of card and u shall get the answers of your queries and also refer my mails sent (hereby enclosed for your perpetual and necessary action) and kindly act accordingly failing which I would be forced to register complain against Bank in Consumer Complaint Forum.

We have informed their Call centre, their Credit Card section and even mailed more then 6 to 8 times to feedback.gesbi@ge.com, but still there is continous harrasement by the bank call centres and the card statement the bank is going on sending everymonth putting late payment/interest etc, but actually there is no such payments which is outstanding.
