This is to inform you that from 4-5 days I tried to book my Railway tickets, BSNL bill payment and also ICICI Bank credit card used for puschases but my all the transactions are declined and shown unauthorised, which is very much objectionable. I have cleared all my dues and limit in card is also available then why transactions are declined. Pl. look into this and immediate rectify your problem to enable me to use my credit card without any further delayed. Pl confirm by return e-mail.
