Delay in mailing statement

Credit card statement dtd 24.07.10 for Rs.1457.40 due for payment on 10.08.10 has been received by me on 12.08.10. This is the 4th occasion, I have received statement belatedly. On two occasion I have paid the amount on receipt of SMS in my cell phone. But since I was at the North East states, where pre-paid mobile phone does not work, I could not receive your SMS about the amount due. The amount, however has been paid on 13.08.10 by a cheque drawn on IOB, Kolkata. The cheque has been dropped at your ATM drop-box, Santoshpur. I request you to look in to the matter so that such delay in sending the statement does not recur in future & ensure that no charges is levied for delay in payment.
