Dear Sir,

I have applied for a two wheeler loan. But it had been rejected due to low cibel score. I came to know that

there is a writeoff of one of the credit cards.

Please suggest me how i will be able to know about the exact reason and the particulars of the credit card that has been written off.

as i had a few credit cards when i was in hyderabad but i have closed all of them.
