Dear Sir,

I have settled my hdfc credit card of 7500/- in Oct while settling the outstanding amount the hdfc executive has promised me that, my name will be removed from CIBIL records within 3 months, which is not removed till now, due to which i am facing difficulties for getting loans, i request the concern dept to clear my name from the cibil records, so that, i can start my new transactions happily.
