Creditcard settlement reciept or letter
Icici bank agents npt giving relaible datas

Icici bank issued me credit card no, 4076515050927001 with out any request, I have operated the card for the first in my life. On.30.07.2009

i made settlement for Rs.65000[4 shot] I have paid 5000.17.08.09 by c/140788, Rs, 10000 on.24.09.2009c/no215656 Rs.25000 on.26.10.09 c/no140795 .I am employed in a school and not having enough infrastructure to settle Rs.50000 on.24.09.2009 and asked with agent poornasree to get on more installment.and they offered me over phone, and there was no response afterwards. Recently an other agent [Noadress, No identity] offering me final settlement Rs.25000

one shot and iam ready to pay. But there is no settlement letter, or rereceipt for the payment Isuppose to give, I have the question How i can belive the a/c have settled, Is there is any provision to issue any clear proof for final settlement.please give further advice.
