I Pradnya Surve bearing HDFC Credit Card, have suffered great headache of fraudulent transactions, which occurred past 4 months. Sir, I have received a phone call from the HDFC Kanjurmarg/Kandivali branch, on in last months 2 months June'12 and July'12 at.
HDFC credit card department is not sending details of my transaction with bank including my last payment made to them & instead charging inflated amount due against me. Not only this bank blocked my card without any prior sms/information & caused me harassment, humiliation in paying blocked, very negligent careless dishonest & deficient service provider bank which needs to be sued. What should i do when i require an emergency, i think Credit cards are meant for that purpose only, so that client can avail all the benefits in case of emergency.
Whenever the collections person used to call me up i always used to say them please send me the hard copy where i can see the usage of my card, the representative tell me "yes madam" we have already couriered the statements but the courier fellow says always the door is locked, i don't understand when my credit card can come through the courier, my 2 months statements can come through courier, then why don't the remaining statements can come through courier.
Collections people call at my cell only Rs 1500/- amount is pending and after 2-3 days collections person call me and say Rs 76000/- amount is been due don't understand in this
First and foremost thing i would like to suggest the"HDFC Bank Manager or the director " do not hire people who don't know to talk politely or respect fully to the clients.
And one more thing how dare they can call at my residence (0222 5674367) and talk to my parents very rudely and abusively, saying that "Agar paisa bharne nahin ata hain toh fir card kyun use kartye ho" just cant expect this thing from HDFC Bank, if this could have done by any National bank representative we can understand, but HDFC doing this was not expected
Not only this HDFC credit card department representative do not know how to talk to a customer,
I found that someone (I don’t know who) used my Credit card to make online purchase for Rs. 76000.00 during the period from March'12 to July'12.where my limit was Rs 30000/- only Upttodayys dates from MArch'12 to July'12 i have already made a payment of Rs 15000/- i havent recvd any reciept from HDFC Bank through an email or via sms.
Why HDFC Bank is not done action. This amount of Rs. 76000.00 is disputed and urged and retrievals. Having no cocern of any type with these I am totally in full stress how to deal with it. I hereby request you to help me to come out of this.
