CIR and Trans union Score Report

I have applied for CIR and Trans union Score Report online on (3-12) but my authentication was failed . so i have sent a courier to cibil address Mumbai in a courier along with my Photo id proof and address proof... but still i haven't recd the copy of CIR and Trans union Score Report... amount of RUPEES 450/- i have paid to Cibil and i have the printed copy of receipt .but i have not recieved the report kindly help me ..and i have sent a email to info@cibil.com for more than 3times but no reply from them where should i have to make a complaint...

I Have Applied for the CIBIL Information Report and Trans union Score . i have done online payment of Rupees 450/- my authentication was not successful. so i have sent a courier With (ON DOT COURIERS ) (Dated 3-12) along with the photo ID and Address Proof to the following address Hoechst House, 6th Floor 193 Back bay Reclamation, Nariman Point, Mumbai 400021.

Can u please help me when will i receive the CIR and Trans union Score. And can u Suggest Me how to improve my CIBIL score...
