CIBIL Report

I undersigned Prabhat Ranjan applied for my Home Loan through HDFC and after submission of necessary documents they took my personal interview for further processing.

On 13th Dec 11 I got a call from HDFC that my home loan has been rejected based on my CIBIL report as I have several loans and I am in defaulter list. I got surprised as I have never taken a home loan or any type of Loan in my Life.

After suggestion from HDFC I raised the dispute through on line CIBIL on 13.12.11 .

I also called the Customer care several times in this regard and they advised that I will get a call soon on this matter and my case is under process.

Since in my life I have not taken any type of loan and I don’t have any Credit Card also, why my name has come in defaulter list. My home loan application has been hold due to this issue.who will be responsible in this regard.

I therefore requesting kindly look into matter
