Regarding CIBIL Report

Myself Hemant Dhawanjewar, i had applied for personnel loan in icici bank. But Bank rejected my loan due to my name in CIBIL.So that i purchase cibil report for varification. But in my report there is nothing overdue, All my accounts are clear. Then again i approched to bank for same. But bank told that you had applied for credit card showing fake document thats why your name came in cibil.they are not sharing that bank details. And in CIBIL office is also not sharing the details.so how i can remove my name from that report. Bank and cibil office both are not helping me.pls suggest and help me.
