ATM not withdrawn many

Respected Sir,

My A/C No. 4867000100006909 & complaint no. is 27527858 on date 09.04.2010 I have withdraw Rs.1000/- but, the ATM machine was unable to withdraw the money instead of that I received a statement receipt in which this was written that the amount is debited from my account without receiving the money. This is a case of R K Puram ATM New Delhi. I have complaint so many times to customer care of PNB, but every time they told you will get your debited amount after 3 or 5 days but, whenever I checked I was disappointed too much. What I have to do in this type of situation. PNB Customer care department persons every time told that it will take only 8 to 10 working days but, they have taken about 15 days. I will be highly obliged to you if you will take a serious action regarding this Problem because I am not the only person facing this type of problem.
