Consumer forum Helpline people are useless don't have manner to speak with customer rather then a comman man. This Slogan "Jago Grahak Jago" sucks its useless and its just a Fraud Business to help comman man. Dealer doesnt dare to be afraid of consumer forum, So I think in India people should stop this type of Fraud for helping people. So do the India is Still the developing Country for just a people like consumer forum.
