Do not give service instead of payments

The cross roads claim to be a 9001:2000 company. but is a fraud company.

i paid the annual charges in time, and they also sent the card. card no. 80074664/124 (privilage member) but at the time of assistance reguired, they said as this payment is made to their franchise company, and card was not activated, they denied to give service, and the money is gone.

it is the duty of iso 9001:2000 company to deregister for such a fraud company.
