CROWNE PLAZA
DEDCUTED MONEY FROM DEBIT CARD WITHOUT PRIOR CALL/INFORMATION

I have booked a room for one of my friend in crowne plaza for 5th Sep11, and i have booked the room over crowne plaza phone booking.

at the time of booking i have clearly mentioned to the booking agent that the person who is coming to stay at your hotel will pay the money to you.

But crowne plaza has deducted the hotel stay charges (Rs.13818) from my account. and deduction has been done at morning 03:59 am on 6th Sep'11.

now when i have raised the alarm to crowne plaza team they are saying that they can't do anything now.

i have asked them to listen the recorded booking call and check out conversation. i have no where said that i will pay the hotel charges.

Please help me out in getting my money back.
