A FRAUD COMPANY I SEND HIM RS, 36000

I call this company for asking a business loan, company said me yes you get this loan then you pay consultancy fee Rs;9000 at the through money order or demand draft. i already send them rs 9000 rupess then they said your loan is ready then your paid advanced three month installments EMI Rs 21300 rupess. I send them Rs 21300 in HDFC Bank account in named of saurabh goal.

after one week i call them for my loan then they sad me advocate will came near to you on date 11 july but many days a go nobody meet with me or call to me. i ring their mobile but i don't get any answer. reply message is aap jis mobile pe sampak karna chahate hai woha ab switch off hai. thousand times i try their mobile number but i get no answer. what can i do i don't understand please anybody tell me how i get my money from them... why indian govt. don't take any action for that type of fraud companies...
