KYC Compliance verification

I have submitted documents for KYC compliance through ICICI Prudential on 26 Mar 11.PAN: ASLPK-5652P.The status is still showing-Front office verification done, but does not show as "verified". Unless the status shows as "verified", I can not do dematerialisation of my MFs. On enquiring about the delay, I get a rediculous reply saying-technical reasons. What can I do to hasten up the process. Can anybody be accountable and responsible for such delays? Why have any rules and regulations, when the infrastructure cannot support them?..JPK.
