For deducting charges illegally from account

I am the proprietor of M/S RAHUL KUMAR GAURAV KUMAR. Its current account number is 65040257354 . charges have been deducted unauthorizelly from my account, there was no information of this to me . due to this my current account balance became low than minimum average balance . after that again charges of not maintaining minimum balance have been deducted from account. Now they are not refunding the amount they have deducted
