Bank is not withdrawling the deposites

Subject: Complaint against the Non schedule bank

Dear Sir,

We have a Fixed deposits in the Bank named as a DADASAHEB DR.N.M.KABRE NAGRIK SAH.BANK LTD, ERANDOL Dist Jalgaon 425109. I am applicant Prashant Patil son of the depositor, giving the complaint against the above said bank as follows.

1. Bank is not operating for the day to day activities to with draw the Money of the customers from their savings accounts and fixed deposits.

2. Also bank is not declaring their Profit/loss status since last one and half year. They are also not declaring the bank is in the fraud status.

3. Peoples are withdraws their deposits against loans with loss of 25-50% margin.

I request you to take the necessary action against the bank to assurance of the deposits to all the bank depositors.
