Complain against Indusnd bank

Hello Sir,

I opened my FD account in the Indusind Bank. When i opened the account then the employee Miss Bharti and Mr. Gaurav told me that my account is FD account so its a zero balance account. But after the maturity the detected the maintenance charged. Its the mistake of the bank employee. I done so many mail to bank. But they didn't gave me reply regarding it. What I do please tell me.
