Remittance of Conversion charge 16210

I received mail from Orange communication U.K. from the email id: claims8@live.com that I have received a jackpot and the money has been transfered to RBI and give my contact details to RBI Regional Director Shri Sandip Ghose. I emailed my details to rbipayment.department@yahoo.in with attn to Mr. Sandip Ghose. Then I received mail from Sandip Ghose from same ID by asking my bank information. RBI form was attached to fill the bank detail. Also asking for conversion charge of 16210/- to transfer the money to my account in 24 hours time. I have sent my bank a/c and asked them to deduct this amount from the fund and deposit balance amount.

Please let me know whether this information is correct.
