Sir, I am an employee of SBI. I have been alloted 80 share of SBI under staff quota in Right Issue br the bank) in the year 2008. but my Share certificate were till date not despatched by the company as i was informed about the keeping of shres by the company in abeyance (for want of PAN No.) i have sent the PAN particulars to the company long back, yet the share which are in phisical form (As i do not have demat a/c) not despatched to me. my FOLIO NO allotted in my first staff quota allotment is 00884581. I am regularly receving the divident amount in my SB a/c no 30144571921. my office address is PREM CHAND MISHRA State Bank of India, Railway Colony Branch, Titli Chowk, BILASPUR. PIN 495004.
