Tax theft in dates at Rajkot Tulsidas Ramjibhai (T.R Dates) About Rs 176250000 in 10 years

Respected sir,

This is in reference to our private information recieved that a party of Rajkot named T.R Dates involved in buisness of dates Khajoor. We have come to know from our private sources that this party thefts tax in dates (Khajoor)

As rate of packing per KG 33.50/- tax rate is 5%.

So per 1 truck of 10 ton Rs 3, 35, 000 so tax rate on this amount would be 16, 750 But this party gives low amount bill to dealers amounting just Rs 100, 000 (i.e 10 Rs per Kg is earned by him)

Hey pay tax only 5000/- That means tax theft is done for about 11, 750 Rs per truck.

He sells a round about 50 truck per day as a result of Holi occassion (season around 30 days).

That means on 50 trucks total tax theft is made about Rs 5, 87, 500 which is extremely high amount. And he even doesnt bother making bill for some trucks.

With this he is cheating consumers as well as goverment.

He is involved in this buisness from about last 10 years.

So kindly investigate on this matter and get back to us shortly for more such blunders made by him.
