This is regarding loan account number: 4020CD00193595.

I have purchased a LG - AC model number (LWA5MR4D) from 'Datta & Cop' Kalyani Nagar.

I purchased a window AC which costs around 25000/- including VAT. For this I have made a down payment of ~11200/- from my credit card.

Whereas, as per the bajaj online protal, I have taken a Split AC model number (LSA18CGSFH1) with cost 30000/- and according to then I have made a downpayment of 5000 only... which is incorrect.

This is a total mess from Datta & Cop given wrong details to Bajaj Finserv. Why should I suffer because of your miss communication.

Now My EMI is coming around 2500/- which is wrong in all sense.

Now Bajaj finserv peoples are calling me on daily basis for installments but not solving my problem.

I have already sent scan copy of bills and my credit card statement to the dealer and Bajaj Finserv but no one is replying.

I am really disappointed with the service no would like to knock the consumer court door.
