Travel plus benefits denied

I am a holder of credit card from Deutsche Bank. I enrolled as a travel plus member where in they offered three nenefits. 1-travel insurance when traveling overseas, 2-access to International lounge with priority pass and 3-enhanced credit limit upto 25% when traveling overseas.

During my overseas tour when I asked them for the credit enhancement, they denied this and it put me to a lot of inconvenience.

Now they claim that the enhancement was upto them to give or not. Also in the past they enrolled me as a travel plus member and charged me for the International lounge access, which when I complained they reversed.

I am very grieved and helpless what to do?
