Efund of T.D.S on rental income

I have obtained loan from Bank and constructed a house. I let out my house for a company on monthly rent basis. I have filed return of income and claimed refund of T.D.S as there is no liability.

I have not received my refund sofor. My. Bank account MICR.NO.600229008..

Will you pl. do the needful to get my refund.
