Non-Payment of Fixed Deposit and maturity dues

I had also invested RS.65000/- in the name of all the members of my family in the various fixed deposit schemes, deepdiscount bonds, non- convertible debentures etc. but I have not yet received but I have not received back my maturity amount so far even after 13 years in spit of several personal visits at their New Delhi office and repeated reminders. The company is indifferent to the to the worries of the deposit-holders and always gives a vague answer to any queries raised by any stake-holder. the Indian Company Law Board and the Reserve Bank Of India (Department of Non-banking Finance companies) must harsher and strict steps against such fraud and bogus financial company in the name and goodwill of DCM group.
