Non-issuance of NOC despite clearance of all installments well within time

Sir,

I have purchased a vehicle i.e. Wagon R LXI bearing Regn. No. DL-9CJ-7811, which was got financed by you from M/s. Maruti Countrywide Auto F (now G.E. Money as informed by you the addressee No.1).

The last cheque against the installments was got cleared in the month of November. As per Reserve Bank directives, you were under obligations to send the No Objection and other papers within a month at the most.

As and when I through my husband approached you the addressee No.1 personally as well as telephonically and requested you to get issued or delivered the said papers, but, your concerned officials instead of acceding my request, misbehaved me and even refused to give the complete and proper address of the address No.2 and told “after selling the vehicle our part is over and we cannot help you and can do whatever you like”

You are, therefore, requested to kindly do the needful forthwith else I shall be constrained to consult my Advocate in this regard.
