Duration of loan increased without informing and now threat to return the loan amount

I have applied personal loan through deal4loans (sameer) and they have rejected my application when applied in HDFC Bank and later they got me loan from Barclays Bank.

I applied for 350000 and I recieved 334670, the rate of interest is 17%, processing fee 2% service tax, Inurance 5626 and Pre EMI charges 1983.

I was not told by Sameer from deal4 loans that the processing fee would be 1.5% which is 2%

I was not informed about Insurance charges and Pre EMI Charges

I was asked to mail to barclays guys regarding the amount and duration for loan, I have mailed Mr Kuldeep Shah of barclays stating the loan amount 350000/- and duration 36 months.

Deal 4 loan guy Sameer sent a guy to me to sign the form on Thursday the 19th of May I have signed it and given 8 cheques, my loan has been sanctioned by Barclays and I got money on monday the 23rd may.

but I have not got any Loan Account number on my mail andI have not recived any welcome call from them, when I have enquired I got to know that my duration have been changed to 48 months as there is no eleigibilty of releasing the loan of 350000 in 36 months.

I was not informed and now they want me to return the loan amount, this is cheating first of all that without informing they have changed the duration and now when i need it they want me to return the amount.

I want my loan tenure to be 36 months and I want to communicate them through Consumer forum that they cannot play with any consumers like this. consumer comes to them when there is a need and instead of providing correct things they hide thigns and later consumer get harrassed.

Kindly help me and get the things resolved.
