Dealwel - HDFC
Dealwel Nampally & HDFC bank are defaulters

I Mir Imran Ali have purchased a Hero Honda Passion invoice number V0800942 dated 26-Jul-07 from Dealwel Nampally Hyd. I have paid 30000 cash as advance amount & want the remaining amount to be finance & I got a call from Dealwel stating that the loan is not approved & I have paid the remaining cash too that is 41500/.

To my surprised when I sold the vehicle 2 months back I came to know that the Bike is hypothecated to HDFC Bank & when I enquired dealwel says that there is a mistake from HDFC & when I ask HDFC they answered Dealwel is responsible.

Its been 2 month Iam running here & there to get RC cleared but nobody respond’s & says we are not responsible. I want to ask HDFC how can they put Hypothetication without giving a loan & Dealwel to process it & indirectly they hint me to pay them 1000/- in order to get clearance.

I have spent 1500/- rs on petrol & time & dealwel or HDFC have to pay else I will approach consumer court in the next week.
