DEATH CLAIM

TERRIBLY DISSATISFIED WITH THE LIC OF INDIA.

My son taken up two policies in the lic of india (moneyback) in the year of 1999 and the nominee is mother. In a road accident my son died on the spot, its happened last year august. After my sons death, i claim for the policies but sofar no reply from LIC OF INDIA. VERY WORST REPLY FROM LIC OF INDIA. i dont know the agent so i send all the documents to the office for more than 4 times, but nouse call to customer care no reply.

what can i do for getting the death claim. please help me get the claim as soon as possible sir...
