Unable to do internet transaction

For last one week i noticed that i am unable to do my Internet transaction. The problem was that i was unable to select the payee when transactions are to be made.

The system looks like as if it is hanged. Also i register a complaint on customer care the no. is 4538448.

You are asked to kindly look into the matter and resolve the same.
