while on dt 27/11 the debit card had been blocked by me on the name of Khyati by phone

next day your Bopal Branch was requested to conform it realy bocked

your card agency has block second continue card without any reason

since many request made in writing to ur Bopal Ahmedababad - my card on the name of Swati N Dave is till not re- Active
