Credit card machine charges

Two credit card machines were installed at my premises at a promise of no extra charges. I have a current account in corporation bank. Now suddenly bank has started deducting charges from my account @Rupees 500 every month without even informing me and that too for the last six months. This amounts to deceiving and I have the full right to go to the consumer court and claim my right. The bank authorities are proving of no help and are continuosly harrasing me. This is not acceptable as per the law. What message will go to the world if a reputed national bank does these type of lowly practices. Please help me recovering my money which is continuosly being looted by the bank.
