Deduction of ten thousand rupees

I mohd shahab anwar while im doing my trasaction i cancelled the trasaction during processing so i dont get the reciept and my ten thousand rupees has been deducted when i complain this matter to bank the bank authority informed me that my trasaction has been sucessfuly done but its not correct so please help me
