Non reciept of monthly bill in time

Dear sir

I am sbi credit card holder . my card no. is4006676017688543. Date of issuience bill for my credit card is 16th of every month but I am not getting my bills in time. I had lodged a complaint earlier also & complaint no is0072120036155.But i am sorry to say that no action has been taken. Rather earlier I was getting my bill on 30th of every month but for current month, I have not recieved bill so far. As a result, I am not in a position to make my payment, if any.

If any levy is made against this late payment I shoulh not be held responsible for that.

Kindly look into matter & take appropriate action.
