Mismatching of name when i enter in it

Sir my pan card no is AEMPV1040D and the name entered the pan card is vedhaiyan s, father name as swaminatha n packirisamy.my date of birth is 25/05/1967.When i login in to itr the name showed error. What is the correct name in your documents.this causes delay of IT return on due date.pls confirm.thanking you.
