I have experienced the pathetic service which is been offered by blue dart Santacruz branch...

No sensitivity towards customers…

I'm following Blue Dart courier member from 14-March everyday and he is saying your courier will be delivered by end of the day today since last 3 days ..., and today is 17-March (time 5 pm) still I'm waiting for my courier. Today I also called the same person on 022-28241234 but still the same reply. Is this the way to delivered the courier? even I have spend my a lot of time only for knowing when you delivered my courier...
