My complaint is that I travelled mostly from Volvo Bus for jaipur to Delhi but For my luggage Volvo Bus conductor charges 2/-per luggage but he never gives any slip for that. and some times when i gave 5/- then conductor said that he have not change so he took 5/-.
My query is if he charging either IRCTC add this amount in ticket or give any slip to passenger so that we satisfied that this amount going to Govt.
