DEMAND DRAFT
Not getting my dd on time

Hi

my name is surendra singh and i hv got a demand draft of rs16000 from canara bank in my sbi a/c but after 5 months i hvnt received my money.due to which i hv suffered losses such late submission of fee of my brother so whose fault is this i.e canara bank or sbi, so hw can i get justice.anf if i hv to file a case which bank should be responsible.

when we go and ask abt my money in sbi they say that u will get u'r money soon and plus interest but what i will do with the interest if i will get my money if everything will be over.kindly suggest.
