Demand Draft made by SBI
Mistake in making of dd and then not hearing custome

I had to make a DD of Rs. 450 in favour of Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi payable at Delhi... I gave SBI accurate details but they printed it as CENTAL in place of Central and when I asked them to make correction, they are not ready to hear me and instead they are saying me to cancel this draft and make another one but obviously I will loose Rs. 130 by this procedure even though I didn't do any mistake in giving details... it was mistake of bank. Why i should pay for this... Branch is Istt of technology, BHU, Varanasi and the name of branch manager is S.K. Srivastava who is not ready to listen to my problem...
