ABOUT WRONG LEASGER BALANCE & NOT SHOWING ENTRY OF GIVEN CHEQUE

I have been given 2 chqs of rs 500 each for my 2 demat accounts (and1 h005 & and1 y003) wich is debited by my bank (BOB) and credited in anandrathi's account on the date 06/04. but in my both of leadger accounts is not showing entry of this chqs. I have given complain about this in your anand branch from 10 days and i have also given my passbooks copy to there but they have noat solve my problem yet. SO PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION ON IT AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM PLS CALL ABOUT THIS AT THIS NO.09427853444
