DEMAT Account with SBI
Demat a/c never activated yet yrly deduction of Rs 386 .00 made in Yr 11 &12

I had opened following Demat Account in Sept in SBI, SVNIT Campus, Ichchanath, Surat-395007 and got it connected for all dividend payments as well as demat charges deduction with my SBI S/B Account in this very above mentioned Branch

(IFS code SBIN0003320, My S/B A/c No. 10023097886).

The above DEMAT a/c was never ever activated despite my several sincere attempts. Therefore no transactions could be made through this DEMAT a/c. I later on left the hopes of using this Demat a/c and therefore made a request for closure of my DEMAT a/c. Now to my utter surprise I find that deductions from my above mentioned SBI S/B a/c has been made as under:

WHATSOEVER, COULD EVER BE MADE.

KINDLY CLOSE MY DEMAT A/C FOR EVER AND REFUND THE ABOVE AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY.
