Loan processing fees charged

I have taken the loan from HDFC Bank based on Credit Card, at the time of loan processing I have conveyed by the customer care there was no processing fees will charged but after loan processing 300/- Rs is charged (with service charge and taxes) when I have complain regarding this they are saying I have to pay the processing fees because its under policy. I have mailed the conversation recording with the customer care in which I have conveyed for the no fees but they are not ready to reverse the charges.

Could somebody responsible take required action which can lead to immediate resolution of my problem.
