Loan EMI deducted after preclosure

Sir/Mam,

My name is SONY ABRAHAM, I had availed a personal loan from AXIS bank. I was paying EMIs upto the last 9 months. I preclosed the loan paying the full remaining amount.

I was suprised to see on March 2nd again EMI is deducted. When I called up customer service they say that's the procedure. I was not informed about this procedure both in written and oral. The customer service agent said they'll check this issue and get back with a refund DD. As I'm wiating for this I want to raise this as this a cheating done by the bank on their part. I would like to know what i should be doing if they do not relase the DD refund.
