ECS clearing after preclosure of loan

Dear Sir

We had a home loan from Deutche bank from 2008 to 2010. On April we had pre closed the loan on 17-04-10. But on 20-4-10, they initiated the ECS of emi of Rs 8950/- without any intimation which was bounced. Technically this should not be happened. Further, they have charged Rs. 500/- for cheque bouncing otherwise they told that they will not issue the NOC and original documents.

I feel that this is an injustice to me and I would request you to take satisfactory action against the bank so that this kind of thing never happens.
