Please help me to remove "WRITTEN OFF" from CIBIL report

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Ramachandran R. This is regarding my Deutsche Bank Credit Card account “5160 XXXX XXXX 0002”. I have settled (dated on 07-09) my balance amount Rs. 15500 through a settlement agreed between me and Deutsche Bank representatives.

I have recently (dated on 28th Dec) received my CIBIL report denoting that there is some WRITTEN OFF against the Deutsche Bank in my name, and also it shows the due balance as Rs. 1, 16, 648. But DB representatives have sent me the latest (dated on 03-12) bank statement showing zero balance on my account.

Please suggest me on how can I change CIBIL status to closed/settled.
