HEATED BY DEUTSHCE BANK... ON LOAN PROCESSIGN CHARGES

Dear Sir,

Would like to highlight the unprincipled act of your Team FROM DEUTSHCE BANK, LOHEGAON, PUNE…

To start with I HAD APPLIED FOR A HOME LOAN FROM DEUTSHCE BANK, LOHEGAON, PUNE... on 02/11…WEHREAS THE SAME HAS BEEN DISAPPROVED DUE TO A PAN CARD QUERY in my office records..

JUSTIFICATION OF THE SAME IS CLEARLY GIVEN BY MY HR TEAM…still the HOME LOAN was NOT SACTIONED...(WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT I AM WORKING WITH VODAFONE INDIA FOR LAST 4 YEARS... WITH A GOOD PAYMENT TRACK RECORD OF MY CURRENT PERSONAL LOAN GOING ON)... i had personally visited your office and discussed the same with your executive Sohan Singh STILL ALL THIS POINTS WERE NOT CONSIDERED

MY COMPLAINT IS: THE BANK TOOK ALMOST MORE THAN A MONTH TO CONFIRM THE STATUS OF MY HOME LOAN APPLICATION... ABOVE ALL THE CHEUQE TAKEN FROM ME TOWARDS PROCESSING CHARGES WAS CLEARED BY THE BANK IMMEDIATELEY WHEN I APPLIED FOR HOME LOAN... THE AMOUNT DEBITED IS 7200...

NOW THE CHEQUE THAT THE BANK IS RETURNING ME IS OF 6400 APPROX... i had already informed Vishal Gujrathi (who had given me a call for the cheque) that I wont be accepting the cheque of the said amount… Since the loan is not sancetioned by you’ll instead of I been a genuine applicant……I want my complete amount to be refunded…..

SECONDLY the above INFORMATIUON of processing charges even if the loan is not sanctioned………WAS NOT GIVEN TO ME AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION... I

TS A FRAUD THAT THE BANK IS MAKING WITH ME... NEED YOUR INTERVENTION ON PRIORITY..
