Correction in name

I mukul kumar tripathi, who has taken loan no- BHP/030073 from Deutsche Postbank in there are three applicants in this loan me, my father and my mother, my father is first applicant in this, during the loan process we had submitted all the documents related the loan, Documents mentioning my father name S.C.Tripathi (Suresh Chandra Tripathi) instead the correct name they have been feeded incorrect name Suresh Kumar Tripathi which is wrong even the SBI a/c from where they dedcuting the EMI also mentioning the name S.C.Tripathi, i have given them a written complaint also but no action has been taken so far from bank side i request to kindly change the name "SURESH CHANDRA TRIPATHI" instead of "SURESH KUMAR TRIPATHI"
