I had applied for a Home Loan from Dewan Housing Finance Ltd in Dec'09.But I was informed in the 3rd wk of December that they would not be able to process my loan. As per our agreed discussion I asked for refund of the Processing Fee amounting to Rs 5, 515/-.But till date even after repeated follow ups I've not received any information from their end regarding this refund. Infact I've put several requests to their mail ID & site address but to no avail. Request an urgent solution to this. My Home Loan Application no. is 1372, Reference no. is 00610004.Customer ID no. is 00633960 & the application was forwarded through Kolkata branch.
